During her residency with Art Farm, nature activist and author Mary Reynolds will host a talk on restoring the earth through meaningful individual action and how to be part of the great reweaving of the earth, patch by patch.

Admission is free but  capacity is limited, so please register using the button above to secure your spot.

Mary is an Irish woman who launched her International landscape designing career by achieving a gold medal for garden design at the Chelsea flower show in London in 2002.  The story of Mary’s Chelsea journey was made into a 2016 movie called ‘Dare to be Wild’. Mary now refers to herself as a 'reformed landscape designer and nature activist’. She is also the bestselling author of ‘The Garden Awakening’ - Bloomsbury and her latest book ‘We are the ARK’ - Timber/Hachette.  She is an occasional television presenter and the founder of the global movement ‘We are the ARK’.

She writes a weekly wildlife gardening column in the RTE guide, Irelands largest selling magazine.  She’s not the worst cook and she likes to campaign against evil corporate/political efforts to cull us all off with pesticides, herbicides, GMO’s, greenwashing, and fossil fuel craziness.

Her aim in life is to restore the Earth's native plant and creature communities,  her clothing of choice, and remind people that our role here on this beautiful home of ours is one of guardian, not gardener.
