1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Art Farm at Serenbe website (artfarmatserenbe.org) and your participation in Art Farm events, ticket purchases, donations, and volunteer activities. By accessing the Site or participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms.

2. About Art Farm at Serenbe

Art Farm at Serenbe is a nonprofit organization presenting theater, music, dance, film, public art, and environmental programming in Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia, in partnership with the Serenbe community.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. 5. Events, Tickets, and Donations

Event registration and ticketing: Event dates, times, and artists are subject to change without notice. Ticket purchases may be processed through third-party platforms, whose own terms and conditions also apply. Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, ticket sales are final; refund or exchange requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Donations: Donations made to Art Farm at Serenbe are processed through our donor management platform and are, to the extent permitted by law, tax-deductible. Donation receipts will be provided in accordance with applicable IRS guidelines. Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

Conduct at events: Attendees are expected to follow venue rules and staff instructions. Art Farm reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is disruptive or unsafe.

6. Volunteers and Sponsors

Individuals who volunteer with Art Farm or organizations that sponsor our programming may be subject to additional agreements or guidelines provided separately at the time of engagement.
